HOW TO ORDER
- You may order online
- Over the telephone - call 01502 723887
- By emailing your order to:
- We aim to send out your order within 5 days (subject to being in stock).
- We will keep you informed if we expect any delays in posting your order.
- If you need your order delivered to you by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and should take between 2-4 days to reach you. Please note that your parcel will require a signature. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery your parcel will be held at your local Post Office for your collection.
We hope you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if not, we will happily refund or exchange items within 7 days from the purchase providing the following conditions have been met:
- The item is in ‘as new’ and unused condition.
- The returned item has been packed properly. We are not responsible for any damage occurring during transit.
- Refunds will not include our post and packing charges, unless the item is faulty, in which event we will refund the full purchase amount, or send you a replacement.
- Due to the variations of computer screens true colour reproduction is not guaranteed to be identical to the original item, although every effort is made to keep it as accurate as possible.
- Data Protection: Where a purchase is made by credit card over the telephone, ALL card details are immediately destroyed after a successful transaction has been made, and are not recorded or stored in any way.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- All images and designs are subject to Copyright Rights, which, unless otherwise stated are retained by Serena Hall. Copyright remains with the artist after purchase, and unauthorized reproduction or any use of the image, commercial or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
